There was great communication with the hotel from the start. Our arrival was delayed & staff reached out to confirm our time which was wonderful. We arrived at about midnight & the front desk staff person, Max, did a fantastic job checking us in. After flying for more than 24 hours, it was a gift for us to have a room with a bath tub & excellent hot water. We also like that there was a kettle in the room & we received complimentary bottles of water for our entire four night stay. Our bed was nice and comfortable too which allowed us to sleep very well for the duration of our stay. This boutique hotel is close to everything downtown and staff are very responsive. We would stay again. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable bed and bedding. Light, airy and spotless room. Quiet. Well regulated air conditioning. Tea & coffee making available in room - proper cups. Lovely shower with good pressure. Convenient for station. Lots of food options nearby. Hospitable staff.

Location is really near the train station, just that it’s a bit bumpy along the way. Room is pretty decent as the photos, able to request for more water since there’s no water dispensing machine, however there’s hot water for tea or coffee at lobby.
